Butterfly Semi-Sweet, Transcarpathia, Kosher for Passover, Mevushal 2016

Blend of select 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot grapes grown at the foothills of the mountains, Carpathian Ruthenia (Transcarpathia) Western Ukraine. This delicious, full bodied semi-sweet wine offers flavourful hints of various fruits and velvety finish.
Serve at 12°C as a before or after dinner drink with spicy and salty foods as well as meats, cheeses, dark chocolates dried fruits and nuts.
