24 months ageing in new oak barrels. Decant and enjoy in a nice large wine glass on its own or with rich dishes, roasted nuts and ripen chees.
Ripe, jammy and full wine. Black plums ooze richness against a background of firm tannins and acidity that allow the wine to be cellared for a decade or more.
