History of the estate (manor) goes back to 1724. Vendrell family has equally long winemaking history working for others. From 2009 father (famous Cava expert) and son team, finally realizing their dream in creating the ultimate cava that received 95 points from Decanter.
Serve at 11°C during the whole meal. Shines with seafood, semi-aged cheese, sashimi and white meat diches.
