Chateau La Truffe AOC Pomerol 2019

Coming from a long line of winegrowers rooted in the Domaine du Grand Ormeau since the 19th century, the Garde family runs this vineyard in sustainable farming practices, located on a plateau of gravels, in the heart of the Lalande-de-Pomerol appellation, in the town of Neac. The beautiful blend of Merlot with a drop of Cabernet franc and Cabernet sauvignon is produced from a two-hectare vineyard in prestigious Pomerol appellation. The result: a deep colour, a rich nose of black fruit and spices, a backbone that combines elegance and power with aromas of ripe fruit that linger on until the finish.
