2018 Cava Caprasia, DO Cava

Clear and brilliant, pale lemon in colour with green highlights and fine, tight abundant bubbles. Pronounced aromatics of white flowers like jasmine and azahar (orange blossom) over green-fruit notes of yellow apple and pear, plus subtle hints of bready yeast and hay. Dry, fresh and rewarding on the palate with flavours of ripe apple, “limonera” pear and frothy lemon fruit. A creamy mousse of good length showcasing the finesse of the vintage.
