A dry white, produced in Kakheti region from specially selected Rkatsiteli grapes using an old traditional “Kakhetian” method. The grape juice and skins are fully fermented and macerated together for 5 months in a Qvevri (clay amphora buried into the ground) that gives the wine intense straw colour, deep tannin taste and structure. Its acidity and bright flavours make it exceptionally versatile. It is a strikingly aromatic wine that offers a deep rich bouquet of pine, herbs, pear and quince. The palate is well balanced with spice and tea flavours. Great with barbequed meats and spicy Asian dishes.
