Appellation controlled wine crafted from select Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes grown in Controlled Place of Origin: Tsinandali micro zone, Kakheti region at ~450m altitude.
10% of the wine aged in French oak barrels.Typical aromas of fresh varietal grapes, quince and wildflowers’ framed in crisp acidity and gentle vanilla notes that linger slowly away.
Serve at 12°C with light salads, grilled vegetables, chicken with citrus dressing, and steamed fish
